Salon Policy

Our scheduling system is designed to allow for the proper amount of time required to complete your ultimate spa experience. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment in order to assist us in maximizing your service.

If you are running late please call us at 440-899-1220. We will do our best to accommodate your appointment, though we may have to shorten or re-schedule it depending on availability.If you need to cancel please allow 24 hours advance notice to the spa, otherwise there will be a $25 fee.

Please be prepared to provide the salon with a valid credit card number when scheduling appointments that have multiple services and take longer than 2 hours.

Salon exchange policy is that all purchases may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for salon credit.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks as forms of service payment. Gratuity is cash only and cannot be processed via credit card or check or combined with service payment.

Prices do not include gratuities. Gratuity is not required; however it is greatly appreciated in reflection to how you enjoyed your service. Gratuity can be given at your discretion; however parties of 3 or more will be charged 18% gratuity.

Gift Certificates are available for spa services, product, or in any denomination. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuity.

Only one special or coupon can be used per visit.
